Rizwan Farooqi, MD

Dr. Rizwan Farooqi is Board Certified in Family Medicine.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and his Medical Doctorate at St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in Grand Cayman, British West Indies.  Dr. Farooqi completed an internship and residency in Family Medicine at Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.  He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Farooqi's clinical interests include a broad spectrum of family-oriented and preventative care.
